I met my parents’ new puppy this weekend!  Her name is Avee and she is very cute.  She’s the black puppy in the photo above. 

I’ve got a whole lot of menus to type out, so here it goes:

April 6th, 2009 -136.4lbs

Menu – coffee, smoothie, split pea soup, three ryvita crackers, melon, cereal with skim milk, salad, chicken, rice, dried apricots

Exercise – 7km hike, laundry

April 7th, 2009 136.2lbs

Menu – smoothie, coffee, apple, almonds, cucumber, chicken with rice, carrots, sub, wine

Exercise – walked to and from work, took stairs at work

April 8th, 2009 -136.2lbs

Menu – coffee, smoothie, grapes, apple, split pea soup with ryvita crackers, orange pepper, apple sauce, soy beef wrap

Exercise – walked to and from work, took stairs at work, cleaning

April 9th, 2009 -136.2lbs

Menu – coffee, smoothie, apple, almonds, carrots, celery, wrap, tea, chicken burger, 2 crackers with cheese

Exercise – walked to and from work, took stairs at work, gym for one hour

April 10th, 2009 -134.6lbs

Menu – coffee, cereal with yogurt, apple, sunflower seeds, carrots, celery, chicken burger, pasta, one bite of muffin

Exercise – walked to and from work, took stairs at work, one hour at gym

April 11th, 2009 -134.6lbs

Menu – coffee, muffin, orange, pasta, banana, 4 apricots, chicken, 2 pieces of bread, salad, apple sauce, popsicle, tequila

Exercise – ran at the dog park with Avee, walked with Avee

April 12th, 2009 -134.6lbs

Menu – coffee, smoothie, pasta, chicken, 2 dates, 1 apricot, 1 piece of bread, 1/2 piece of ham, potatos, carrots, gravy, green balls, stuffing, dessert

Exercise – ran at the dog park with Avee, laundry

April 13th, 2009 -134.6lbs

Menu – coffee, orange, 3 Dutch pancakes, 2 apricots, shreddies with milk, ham, potato, stuffing, green balls, gravy, 2 dates, celery

Exercise – ran at the dog park with Avee

April 14th, 2009 -134.6lbs

Menu – coffee, grapefruit, 1 date, smoothie, piece of cheese, apple, celery, tea, sandwich, ham, tomatos, carrots, two pieces of homemade pizza, three tequila shots, one china white shot, one delicious beverage, 3 dates, 2 apricots, chips

Exercise – walked to and from work, took stairs at work, undisclosed activity

April 15th, 2009 -134.6lbs

Menu – grapefruit, coffee, granola and yogurt, apple, celery, cucumber, sandwich, tomato, carrot, tea, 2 pieces of pizza, dried apricots

Exercise – walked to and from work, took stairs at work, laundry

So, there we go, I am all caught up.  I am almost 130lbs and it is almost April 30th, which is very exciting.  My stomach looks SO flat!  🙂
