HEALTHY WEIGHT

Hi,  As of today I am officially a healthy weight!  See how I did it below:

March 2nd, 2009 – 141.8lbs

Menu – bran muffin, smoothie, black coffee, tomato cucumber salad, 2 pieces pizza, 2 prunes, apple sauce, tomato cucumber salad, 2 pieces pizza, bite of muffin

Exercise – organized around the house

March 3rd, 2009 – 141.8lbs

Menu – bran muffin, black coffee, smoothie, apple, 2 pieces of pizza, almonds, carrots, tomatos, 6-inch sub, glass of wine, pretzels, popsicle

Exercise – walked to and from work, stairs at work

March 4th, 2009 – 141.8lbs

Menu – coffee, muffin, yogurt/cereal, apple, oatmeal, almonds, carrots, tomatos, puffed kamut with skim milk, chicken burger with salad

Exercise – walked to and from work, took stairs at work

March 5th, 2009 – 141.6lbs

Menu – coffee, yogurt/cereal, muffin, apple, almonds, carrots, tomatos, leftover chicken burger, kamut with skim milk, potatos with sour cream, chicken with salsa, corn and peas

Exercise – walked to and from work, took stairs at work, gym for one hour

March 6th, 2009 – 141.6lbs

Menu – coffee, cereal with yogurt, apple, tomatos, almonds, carrots, no lunch, muffin, rouladin, potatos, beans, cake, pickles

Exercise – walked to and from work, stairs at work

March 7th, 2009 – 141.6lbs

Menu – black coffee, cereal with yogurt, apple, baby orange, almonds, oatmeal, tomatos, carrots, grapefruit, cheese, hamburger, popcorn, popsicle, muffin, cheerioes and kamut

Exercise – walked to and from work, stairs at work, gym for one hour

March 8th, 2009 – 141.6lbs

Menu – coffee, smoothie, burger, whole wheat pasta with tomato sauce and chicken, popsicle

Exercise – undisclosed activity

March 9th, 2009 – 140.8lbs -HEALTHY WEIGHT!

Menu – black coffee, yogurt and cereal… so far.

There are a few things I should mention, the popsicles I eat fairly regularly are surprisingly low in calories (40 cal or something!), the day I had no lunch our lunch was thrown out by someone at work and that’s why I skipped the gym.   Also, the pictures above feature a whole wheat pizza we created, which was delicious and a salad that was equally delicious.

I am rockin’ this weight loss thing and I look forward to reaching my goal of 130lbs soon!

    Lost another 1 1/2 Pounds over the Weekend .
    Loving every Step of the Way !
    It’s so nice to hug you ( the skinny One ) because now we don’t have Trouble to get around the whole Body !
