Here is my journal! 

On February 3rd, 2009 I weighed 148lbs.  See my menu for that day below:

Menu – yogurt/granola, black coffee, apple, chicken burger, carrots, almonds, baby tomatos, small pita, chocolate with banana and crackers

Exercise – walked to work and took the stairs at work

I have got to stop eating the chocolate at night.  Mike and I decided we deserved a treat so we made chocolate fondue with grapes, bananas and crackers.  Then the next night (last night) our friends came over and we wanted to share the deliciousness with them, so I ate even more chocolate!  I will tell you one thing, no chocolate for me tonight especially since the scale read 149.2lbs this morning!   Then again, I am far ahead of schedule so a little indulgence won’t ruin everything. 😉
